$10 Kitchen Gadget Swap

So I’ve seen these fun swaps circulating among blogs the last few months- jewelry, mugs, journals- you name it. They all look so fun but for some reason I can never seem to enter before the deadline. (Procrastination, anyone?)


So in the middle of the night last night (thank you, pregnancy insomnia), I decided to host my own. I actually plan on hosting four in the upcoming months based on each of the words in my title, so we’ll start off with “eat.”

How many times have you gone into Bed, Bath and Beyond (or a similar store) and drooled over something fun for your kitchen? I do it most times I am in there, but since I am usually buying a wedding gift for someone, I don’t buy anything else.

But what if you got to receive something fun in the mail along these lines? Something you might not buy for yourself- a fun set of cloth napkins, cute measuring cups, a lemon zester, a funky apron- the list goes on. I think this will be super-fun and my wheels are already spinning on what I will send to my recipient! 
Oh, and you don’t have to be a blogger to enter. All you need is an e-mail address and a US mailing address!

Here are the rules:

Please keep item(s) to $10 and under.
Entries will end on August 2nd, so don’t delay!
All items must be mailed by August 9th.
Open to US residents only.
It would be nice if you were a follower of my blog, either through GFC or e-mail. 🙂

Oh, and because of the nature of this particular swap, all items must be new. Wink, wink.

    I’ve never done one of these. So are we finding something in our kitchen to swap or going and buying something for $10 to swap?
