Friday Favorites: Edition 1

Hi friends! I’m so excited to be introducing something new on the blog this week: Friday Favorites. It’s just how it sounds- I’ll be sharing with you my favorite things that week- and there is no limit as to categories! It could be songs, could be food, could be favorite ways to make a baby go to sleep! Ha! I thought this would be a fun way to be more personal with my readers and get to know you better as well- I would love to hear your favorites in the comments each week!

So shall we start?

This week, I’m LOVING this new 31 Large Utility Tote, courtesy of my friend Stacia who sells 31 Bags. (Click here to check out her site, Stacia the Bag Lady. Love it!) Whenever I’m taking my two little ones into Mother’s Day Out (or more specifically, picking them up) I NEVER have enough hands to hold everything: lunch kits, back packs, all the cute art work they bring home, sippy cups that somehow don’t find themselves BACK in the backpack, etc., oh, and usually my son wants me to carry him at the end of the day. I knew the Large Utility Tote would be perfect for this- I can put everything in it and still have a free hand to carry my little ones! You can’t tell on the first pic how much the bag holds- it’s got 2 backpacks, 2 lunch kits, 2 sippy cups, plus the kids’ papers from preschool with room to spare! And on the right, you can see how small it folds up- it takes up a tiny amount of room for how big it is!

It even holds a small child. 😉

Secondly, I’ve been loving this album. It’s been playing constantly in my car. Seriously, constantly.

This movie. I hardly EVER make it through a movie in one sitting, but I’ve watched this one two times this week! (It’s the last week of summer before homeschooling begins, don’t judge!) It’s funny, it’s clean, and I loved laughing with my kids and husband!
