Hello dear friends, as you may have figured out from the many guest posts last week, my family and I were on vacation. I’ll do a full post later this week, but here’s a hint of where we were:
Also, school starts this week! Well, actually, it started last week, but somehow I scheduled our vacation the exact week it started. Still not sure how that happened, but my kids are in a one-day-a-week program, and the rest will be done at home, so it wasn’t a huge deal. But still, made me feel like mother-of-the-year!
I have a 2nd grader and a kindergartener this year, plus my 21-month-old (who is getting more active by the minute) and the new one coming in November, so please keep me in your prayers as we adjust to this crazy stage of life!
And lastly, I participated in a jewelry swap with The Life of a Not So Ordinary Wife, which was super fun! I got my jewelry in the mail yesterday after getting home from vacation- what a fun treat! We actually stopped at the mailbox on the way to church, and the necklace happened to match what I was wearing, so I put it on immediately. I love it! Thanks to Marielley, the sweet gal who sent me the necklace. You can check out her blog here– she has some very-cute outfit posts!
