I know that every mom everywhere wonders how time flies so fast.
But really, how did MY son get to be 7 so fast?
It seems yesterday, and a million years ago at the same time, that the doctor held him up for the first time and declared, “He looks like a linebacker!” I loved every bit of him, all 10 pounds 10 ounces.
The first day was beautiful.
The one day of parenting that we got- ever- that wasn’t filled with worry.
But look at him now!
Tall and lanky, funny and serious at the same time.
We had a great day today- he got some new boots.
If you know Landon, you know that’s a BIG deal.
