Happy Tuesday everyone! My name is Kelli and I blog at More Bang for Your Bucks. I am just so excited to be sharing here again on Sarah’s blog- she is seriously one of my favorite bloggers. I always feel encouraged and/or challenged when leaving her little spot.
Speaking of challenged- I am hosting a 40 day challenge entitled “I Need to Move It, Move It!” over at my blog. It starts TODAY and I’d love to have you link up! You can read more here about the background of the challenge- but the basic premise is- I need to become more active! I work out twice a week, but other than that, I am pretty sedentary and I want to CHANGE that. Hence, my challenge to myself and to you- if you feel inclined to participate!
Now, I understand this is the b.u.s.i.e.s.t. time of the year and I may sound crazy for starting a challenge like that today of all days. But you know what, I feel so much better when I get outside and get active each day, even if it is just for a few minutes.
{Plus, I can eat a few more holiday goodies if I am active, right? 😉 }
Also, what is your favorite way to be active? I’d also love to hear new ideas … cause let’s be honest here… running is not my favorite thing.
