I Need to Move It, Move It {Week 2}

Well let’s just start off by saying, I did a lot of “active” things this week (i.e., Black Friday shopping!) but not as much intentional exercise as the week before. One reason is that my back has been k.i.l.l.i.n.g. me for the last two weeks, and got worse over the weekend. Say a little prayer for me, will ya? It’s not easy chasing around 3 little ones while my back is in pain!

One thing I have learned this week as well: if I don’t get up early to get my exercise done, it is probably not going to happen. (or, as we’d say in Texas, “It ain’t happenin'”- that was for you Carmelle!). By the time my day gets started and the kids are up, it falls by the wayside. The first week I did the challenge, I was able to squeeze some kind of exercise in almost everyday, and almost every day I was up by six. Granted, this past week was filled with Thanksgiving, family (and lots of food!), but I need to get back on track this week.
