Getting more greens in my diet has been a huge goal of mine this year. I’m a super fan of sautéed kale, chard, whatever- and a few of my kids love them too. Some of my other kids, not so much. I’ve been looking for ways to include these super foods into things they already love to eat- or in this case, drink.
I love this place! I first found it when a friend gifted me a gift card for Christmas since we were doing Whole30 together in January and I quickly fell in love!
This particular recipe has become one of my favorites- it’s plenty sweet without any additional sugar. (although my husband might disagree!) Another bonus of smoothies- they’re super easy to prepare AND you get to sneak in extra greens!
We just have a cheap blender like this one and it works great.) I’ve enjoyed experimenting with all kinds of fruits and veggies.
Be sure to check out Salata, too! #FreshFirst
