{Be sure to read to the end- it includes a great video of Landon and Evie dancing!}
Hi there! Hope your week so far is going well! First of all, I just want to thank you for reading my blog. Seriously. There are literally thousands upon thousands of them and the fact you take a few minutes a day to read mine- really gives me the warm fuzzies inside. 🙂
I mentioned on Monday that we had attended a wedding last week- and let me tell you, it was so much fun! I thought I’d share a few photos of what the whole fam wore. Yes we all coordinated (cheesy, I know) because of a last-minute shopping trip to Marshall’s for the girls. All in all, No-Spend February has been a flop for us, but that’s another post for another day! (Although I’m still doing great on the Year of Thrift Store Shopping!)
Here’s all of us in our aqua, wedding attire glory. I had the dress already (one of my faves) and Landon had the shirt. I bought the girls’ dresses in the aforementioned shopping trip. I originally bought them matching ones (the solid green) but Allie’s had a hole in the lace so I had to hit up two other Marshall’s stores before going back to the original looking for a replacement- and they were sold out in 24 hours!
Here I am with my man. He performed the ceremony and did a great job as usual. Love watching him in action! (I was so glad the wedding was outside since I was in charge of wrangling a squirming one-year-old and whining three-year-old who decided right at the beginning of the wedding she wanted to go.home.NOW!
The wedding was also on my birthday- February 13th. My friend Fabia brought my gift (some awesome teal tights!) to the wedding, and here I am about to open it! (hair piece courtesy of Jackie from Lilla Rose)
One of my favorite shots of the evening- many of the wedding guests wore their cowboy/cowgirl boots!
Here’s my best friend Nikki- whose other best friend is the bride! She was an amazing matron of honor!
And finally, here’s the gorgeous (inside and out!) bride! She had some things go way wrong the day of the wedding (both the photographer and cake-maker had the wrong date for the wedding and were late! eek!) and she handled it with so much grace! (which coincidentally is her middle name!)
And what you’ve been waiting for- here’s Landon and Evie dancing. Cutest thing ever!
